This work captures the emotional turbulence of introspection, portraying self-discovery as both a painful and redeeming journey.

In this diptych, natural dyes and Indian ink create layered compositions that invite the viewer to delve into the complexity of inner life.

The top panel, with its vibrant greens, blues and warm earth tones, features linear structures intersecting with organic forms, symbolizing the intricate web of thoughts and emotions. The lines pull inward, as if urging the viewer to navigate through the maze of one’s own mind, searching for meaning amid complexity.

In contrast, the bottom panel conveys a sense of unraveling. Earthy hues surround dark, chaotic lines that radiate from a central point, capturing the raw struggle of facing unresolved aspects of oneself. Yet, within this tangle of lines and colors, there is a subtle movement toward clarity. The chaotic center represents the difficulties of self-reflection, while the softer tones suggest moments of healing and insight. Together, the panels reflect the dual nature of introspection—painful, yet ultimately leading to a sense of renewal and transformation. Through its abstract imagery, Search III reminds us that confronting inner truths, though challenging, can be a path to redemption.
